Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that part of the Material and/or Services in any way violates copyright regulations, ownership of trademarks and other legislation in force, please contact us at the email below indicated denouncing such faults.
If PanamaBanks.info is notified about the existence of information that does not comply with our Legal Terms, it may investigate the facts and determine in good faith and in its sole judgment and discretion the compliance or not of our Legal Terms.
To submit a notice of copyright infringement with us, you must send a written communication to <info @ panamabanks.info> which must include the following:
- Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the work (s) protected by copyright that is alleged to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is alleged to be infringing or is the subject of infringing activity and that must be removed or whose access must be disabled; with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the disputed material.
- Providing URL in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate the content quickly.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact the complaining party, including a physical address, telephone number and, an email address where the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement signed by the complaining party stating that in good faith you believe that the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement signed by the complaining party that the information contained in the notification is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights allegedly infringed.
